Tinamba
Located 10km west of Maffra, Tinamba is a small town established when McEvoys Track from Seaton opened as a major access track to the goldfields. The district is sustained by a productive dairying industry.
The award winning Tinamba Hotel is located within this small town and is a popular restaurant and function centre. First established in 1874, the venue has had a number of owners and in 2009 it was closed for major renovations and was reopened by the current owners after three months to reveal a meticulously designed venue complete with chesterfield couches, pendant lighting and a baby grand piano.

What Tinamba has to offer;
- Tinamba Hotel is open Wednesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner and Sunday – lunch only.
- Local market is open the first Sunday of the month.
